I recently stumbled upon this beauty named Jessica. Jessica is an Ottawa Food, Lifestyle, Food, Fashion & Beauty Blogger. Her blog is Bytown and Bloor and she has the most eye-catching Instagram feed.

"As much as I absolutely LOVE my other two purchases, I definitely saved the best for last. I am so happy I picked up this product, as I think it has quickly become my all time favourite toner! First off- the smell alone is incredible, and the toner is the most beautiful shade of - you guessed it - lilac. (Side note- this beauty hue is attained by infusing the toner with Blue Pea Flowers- no artificial colours at all!) It leaves my skin feeling so hydrated, and a little goes a long way. I'm calling it early and saying this toner has achieved holy grail status in just 2 short days!"
