Ingredients: "clean ingredients" no sulfates, silicones, parabens or mineral oils
Slip (viscosity): how easy it is to apply and how it helps detangle the hair - she likes a LOT of slip
Smell: "Life is too short to have funky smelling hair products."
Price: Although she doesn't mind spending a little bit more for deep conditioners if they meet all the criteria above; her preferred price range is $20-30
