I am so happy to introduce you to a new line of products called PLANT Apothecary. I have been watching their social media pages and coveting their products for a while now. I simply love their minimalist packaging and photos and they totally had me with product names like BE HAPPY and GET IT ON. I did a bit of research and found that this company's principles were in line with M+E's principles and so just had to carry them!!!
PLANT makes apothecary goods with a conscience. The Williamsburg, Brooklyn-based design studio, online shop and wholesale distributor was founded by Holly McWhorter and Bjarke Ballisager, a husband-and-wife team. Holly and Bjarke design and/or formulate all PLANT products either together or independently. They share a passion for environmental friendliness, natural beauty and grooming, social responsibility, Scandinavian modern lines and a good sense of humor.
PLANT Apothecary products are made with the help of adults with physical and mental disabilities in Brooklyn, New York. This gives disabled adults access to work training and paid work opportunities.
