JACQs was founded by Haitian-American, Barbara Jacques after a health scare during her pregnancy. As a way to cope with her illness, she began studying green medicine, and holistic plant botany. The more research she did, the more concerns she had about effects of ingredients on our overall health.

JAC's products are mainly derived from tropical sources found in their home state, Florida as well as globally. This includes vitamin and enzyme rich jackfruit, plantain and pineapple extracts. The brands abides by their own very strict standards of quality in the form of their DIRTY30 GUARANTEE. This means that their products are free of at least 30 questionable of harmful chemicals. They also source sustainable ingredients in their purest form.

I've had the pleasure of trying JAC's ORGANICS HEAL + SLAY kit which consists of a cleanser, toner and moisturizer and I must say I was very pleased with the formulation and scent which is a nice combination of refreshing tropical fruit. These products are excellent at fighting winter dryness.
