I am so excited to participate in another Four Brown Girls (FBG) event. Their BLAXPO event was the first I ever attended and in so many ways solidified my passion for Malachite + Elephant. So when I heard they were coming to Ottawa, I knew I had to be there.
Four Brown Girls is much more than just four ladies, it's a movement with a mission to create a network support system for students, working professionals, entrepreneurs and dreamers. What started as a pioneer organization in Montreal has grown to become a strong sisterhood and movement destined to defy the misrepresentations and stereotypes plaguing black women while facilitating unity through love and resistance.
Lucky for us, they are bringing their MAGIC to Ottawa on November 5th; so bring your girl squad for a day of empowerment, sisterhood, shopping and COCKTAILS!!!
You will be inspired by a series of prominent Black women who will explore topics of sisterhood, love, culture and life as a Black woman.
Malachite + Elephant will set up shop at this event and I will also officially launch a new product in our own line.
